Two minds are better than one. After leaving music college, one of the biggest challenges I faced was isolation. There were fewer people to bounce ideas off beyond close friends and trusted colleagues.

This is a chance for you to talk things through with someone working in the industry, who can offer a different perspective, hold you accountable, and help you move forward.

Sessions can focus on whatever is most useful to you, and might include:

• how to approach speaking with agents
• handling difficult situations and standing your ground in your career
• repertoire ideas, particularly for tenors
• approaching casting directors
• self-starting, building online products, and social media ideas
• improving communication on stage
